A delegation of the university visited an exhibition inTokyo.
A delegation from the King Khalid University visited an Exhibition on Research and Development of Electronics and Manufacturing Techniques, at its 44th round. The exhibition took place in the middle of this month, in Tokyo, Japan.
The delegation, which represented the university, included many dignified personalities such as the Dean of Engineering Faculty, Prof. Hasan Alwadi, the Dean of the Faculty of Computer Sciences, Dr. Abdullah Alrabaa, and the Information Technology (IT) Vice - President Dr. Fahd Alahmari. The delegation was briefed on the latest technology and research in electronics and manufacturing techniques sector. Later, the delegation paid a special visit to His Excellency the Saudi Cultural Attaché in Japan, Prof. Essam Bukhari. The visit was to discuss ways of research and technical cooperation between the King Khalid University and Japanese research institutions and universities. At the end of the meeting, the delegation handed a commemorative gift to His Excellency the Cultural Attaché.
