5 New Systems to Manage Distance Work Integrated Concurrently With Royal Order

As a result of the Ministry of Education's announcement to shut schools and universities until further notice, the General Directorate of iT launched the 'Maakaom' services package, which contains 5 electronic services as a response to the online work requirements. CIO Mohammed Alsaqer added that his administration also provided a user guide containing an explanation of the new services package as follows:
- 'Mubasher': A system that allows employees, faculty, and students to communicate with officials and track their transactions;
- 'Balagati': A system which provides technical support to the university 24/7;
- 'Egtemai': A system where virtual meetings can be conducted concurrently with 'Maakaom'.
