VPN is a service that offers remote access to local services , online services and university networks. It enables employee access to their derives at work and allows them to work remotely . Note the device must be on the (on power ) mode to access through VNP.
(Maa’akum ) offers a variety of distance conferences and meeting for members to choose from.

The Mubasher system helps users to approach all university authorities and the possibility to reach the university head authority , allowing the follow up of complaints and suggestions.
Enjaz, is a proposed system offered to improve , develop and automate electronic mailing and archiving services , as well as serving all university departments to achieve the university desired goals to viewing and retrieving information and documents.
The office 365 is a cloud service that allows the student and faculty member to access their office files through all platforms, whether it is a computer, tablet or mobile phone.
Information technology reports, allows specialist and technicians to serve and follow , technical inquiries submitted by university members and assure the completion.
Google Cloud Services is a set of cloud services that help university employees to work remotely through offering services such as Google Drive for file management, in addition to others.
An e-mail service provided by the university in partnership with Google, which enables employees to access their e-mail and to send and receive messages.
Self-service, is a number of service offered by the Deanship of Faculty Members and Employee Affairs to all university employees , such as (salary inquiries - leave request - request for experience certificate - request for external scholarship).
Twasel, a service through which text messages are managed and sent to employees and students in the university.

An electronic portal offered by the Deanship of Library Affairs, providing information about the Deanship and allow easy access to information.
Electronic forms is a service that helps in carrying out questionnaires, studies and collecting information in an easy way that eliminates paper transactions.
