College of Arts and Science at Sarat Abidah Launches Football Tournament

The College of Arts and Science at Sarat Abidah and the Farsan Club recently launched the King Khalid University Football Tournament, which will continue for 13 days. The tournament includes the participation of 10 teams represented by two leagues and two matches per day. Each match will highlight the most valuable player and distribute prizes to spectators. Of noteworthy mention, the tournament will host numerous public sector employees, residents of the area, and tourists.

 

Dean of the College of Science, Dr. Mohammed Muteb Kirdam, related that the tournament will be accompanied by a number of programs and activities, which are part of the goodwill initiative launched by His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud. Dean Kirdam also noted that accompanying activities will include an art gallery, workshops, and a variety of informative sessions from the health sector, civil affairs, drug control, the municipal council, social security, the neighborhood club, and the education administration.
