University Rector Meets Consul General of the U.S. Consulate General in Jeddah
King Khalid University Rector, His Excellency Prof. Falleh R. M. Al-Solamy, met with the Consul General of the U.S. Consulate General in Jeddah, Ryan M. Gliha, and his team in the presence of Vice Rector of Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Saad Al-Amri.
His Excellency Rector Al-Solamy welcomed Consul General Gliha and his team to King Khalid University. Both sides discussed approaches to enhancing international partnerships between King Khalid University and American universities in the field of culture, science, and research. He then briefed Consul General Gliha on the university vision, future goals and development strategies.
During the meeting, the two parties also discussed the possibilities and opportunities of postgraduate scholarship and admissions in the USA.
At the end of the meeting, His Excellency Rector Al-Solamy presented Consul General Gliha with a commemorative plaque as a token of appreciation for his interest in partnership programs and for his visit.
