With the pursuit of King Khalid University (KKU), represented by the General Directorate of Information Technology (IT) to improve the quality of the services provided to beneficiaries in various sectors and in all different branches of the university, the administration has recently launched "Occasions" Service. The new service aims to enable university staff to book the University rest house or any other future facilities that may be established on the system. Currently, the beneficiary can book the university hostel by determining the appropriate date for the reservation as well as the time of booking, the number of attendees, and fill in the applicant's data. After that, the system manager will have a look on the request in order to play his role to approve or reject it.

The most important characteristic of this service is to facilitate booking the University rest house or any university facilities that may be established in the future. And the service is expected to be delivered much easier and faster as it is provided electronically.
