Teaching English Initiative With EF Education First Comes to a Close

The Deanship of Human Resources at King Khalid University concluded the "Teaching and Developing English" initiative. The initiative was in partnership with EF Education First and lasted for two months.

 

Dean of Human Resources, Dr. Ali bin Jaber Al-Olayani, explained that the initiative is a part of "Mobaderoon". It targeted university members, their children, and current students.

 

Dean Al-Olayani also explained that the initiative was executed on three tracks. The first was for faculty and staff, benefitting a total of 245 people with 7,487 completed lessons. The second was for the children of faculty and university members, benefitting 110 students and 2,747 completed lessons. The third was for the enrolled students, benefitting 560 students and 11,503 completed lessons.

 

Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Ma’abar, director of this initiative, explained that the program was delivered with the participation of a number of university members who were responsible for registration and admission procedures in addition to answering the trainees' questions and inquiries, and providing support. He added that several learning channels were created according to recent communication data.
