Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education and College of Nursing Educate the Elderly on Important Health Matters

King Khalid University represented by the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education and the College of Nursing are holding a health education program for women of older age in our community as part of the Mobaderoon initiative on Sunday the 15th of Shawwāl.

 

Dean of Community Service and Continuing Education, Prof. Dr. Omar Alwan Aqeel, said that the program is a collaboration between the Community Service and Continuing Education Deanship and the College of Nursing in Khamis Mushait, noting that program will be held online from 7 pm to 9 pm to educate women of old age and members of their families of health issues. He also thanked the College of Nursing on their collaboration and efforts towards our community.

 

The program aims to introduce the factors that may contribute to the changes that appear when aging, in addition to providing information and skills to adapt to common problems with age to help women age in a healthy happy way.

 

It's worth noting that the Mobaderoon program is offered to all members of our society to develop skills and encourage community service.
