Cooperation Agreement Between King Khalid University and University of Jeddah Signed Remotely

In the presence of His Excellency, King Khalid University Rector Prof. Falleh Al-Solamy, and His Excellency, University of Jeddah Rector Prof. Adnan Al-Humaidan, a collaboration partnership contract was signed. The agreement, completed online, calls for cooperation in the field of future skills through the KKUx platform. In attendance to the online event were Vice Rector for Business and Knowledge Economy, Prof. Abdul Latif Al-Hadithi, Dean of E-Learning, Dr. Fahad Al-Ahmari, Dean of Knowledge Resources at the University of Jeddah, Dr. Jalal Al-Oweibdi, and more than 75 employees of the two universities.

 

During the signing of the agreement, His Excellency Rector Al-Solamy expressed his hope that this agreement will achieve its goals and pave the way for more cooperation projects, which will serve members and students of both universities. His Excellency Rector Al-Humaidan also stressed the University of Jeddah's strong interest in same. He commended King Khalid University's achievements in the technical and electronic training field, considering it a distinguished example in the Kingdom.

 

Dean Al-Ahmari and Dean Al-Oweibdi confirmed that the mechanism of executing this agreement consisted of forming a team of specialists. That team, they noted, worked to activate areas of cooperation and prepared a detailed plan. They confirmed that this cooperation between King Khalid University and the University of Jeddah is a big step in the right direction in accord with Vision 2030.
