University to Host an Integrity and Anti-Corruption Meeting

Under the patronage of His Excellency, King Khalid University Rector Prof. Falleh Al-Solamy, the university will hold an integrity and anti-corruption meeting in collaboration with the National Anti-Corruption Commission (Nazaha) on the 14th of Rabi Al-Awwal at the main campus. The meeting titled 'Methods to Protect and Promote Integrity' is part of the national responsibility initiative. The Awareness and Cultural Activity Unit of the College of Sharia and Fundamentals of Religion will lead the meeting.

 

The Chairman of the Scientific Committee, Dr. Abdullah Al-Adeed, commented that King Khalid University will host a number of representatives from government and private industry in the Asir region. The first session titled 'Methods and Mechanisms to Enhance Integrity' will discuss the adverse impacts of corruption on national security and electronic services. The following session titled 'Integrity Protection Requirements' will discuss the role of public employees in spreading a culture of integrity.
