The Vice - Presidency for Development and Quality of King Khalid University held 4 training workshops which took place in Turkey, targeting the training of 80 members of the leadership and moderators of the university. The training courses included arts and driving laws in the 21st century, Approved Managed program CM, which was held twice, in addition to a course for the skills needed to prepare training plans.
These programs were selected according to what has been lifted from the faculty members of the Deanship, and from the staff to the Standing Committee for Administrative Development, which explained the needs of the university for such workshops. The program focused on mainly serving the employees and their interests, and providing them with the necessary information and skills, in order to be able to perform their duties well.
Against this background, the Vice - President for Development and Quality, Dr. Ahmed Yahya Al-Jbaili thanked His Excellency the University President, Prof. Abdulrahman Hamad Aldawood for his support and interest in the development of staff and employees through training at the university, and his precious resolutions to create an annual training plan for staff and employees to provide them with all necessary skills that will improve their abilities and prepare them to acquire the skills they need to perform their duties. Al-Jbaili Said, "These training programs will be arranged annually, which proves the pursuit of the university to raise the level of the university staff (males and females) in all areas: administrative, technical, and financial, and provide all capabilities, knowledge and skills needed to help them perform all duties and tasks, and to take advantage of all what is new and useful, and to create an academic atmosphere whether through the diversity of the areas to benefit or diversity of sources such as international bodies.
