His Excellency Dr. Faleh bin Raja Allah Al-Solamy, the Rector of King Khalid University, explained that the latest package of decisions issued on Monday by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Majesty King Salman bin Abdulaziz confirmed their resoluteness to inject a revitalizing force into a number of state facilities. Undoubtedly, these resolutions will contribute to achieving His Royal Majesty's vision, and the broad visions of His Royal Highness Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who is valiantly anticipating the aspirations of citizens in a noble effort to achieve their hopes while expediting the road to success underscored in Vision 2030.

Rector Al-Solamy added, "If we examine these decrees, we will notice that they aimed at introducing fresh blood in the form of human capital and the development of many bodies that are moving towards new horizons of active developmental work. Moreover, the decrees included civil and military administration aspects as a foundational objective. This blend reveals the awareness of the importance of the framework needed and the capacity for growth in all sectors."

He concluded his statement by congratulating those appointed by the Royal Trust, asking God Almighty to remove any obstacle in their way.

King Khalid University's Vice-President, Dr. Mohammed Al-Hassoun confirmed that the Royal decrees revealed the cohesion between the leadership and the people in the Kingdom, pointing out that such royal decrees that concern the citizens' concerns are not strange to the wise leadership.

On the occasion, Dr. Al-Hassoun said, "Those who read the history of the Kingdom realize that this has been going on since the founder, may God bless him and his sons, the kings - may God have mercy on them - until the glorious era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud-may God preserve him.

His Excellency the Rector of King Khalid University (KKU), Dr. Faleh bin Rajaa Allah Al-Solamy, hailed the royal decrees issued by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud. Rector said that the King's resolutions reflected a visionary, a wise leadership, and administrative organization in addition to Leadership's sympathy with the people.

Al-Solamy also stressed that the Royal decrees were decisive and benefit both the homeland and the nationals. The decrees will also give the government performance more efficiency and achieve the quality requirements in the performance of the main joints of this established state and its important institutions in proportion to the nature of the internal and external developments of the Kingdom.

Rector Al-Solamy said, "The wisdom of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, supported by God, has been demonstrated by the selection of state officials and leaders as selecting a number of princes and superiors in new positions to put the right man in the right place. We hope that they will have an imprint in the management of important institutions on the map of the state sector and to achieve success and excellence in all assigned tasks"

Al-Solamy: The last Royal decrees are an evident on the King's keenness on the homeland and its people

Al-Solamy pointed out that the Royal decrees which granted a two-month salary to soldiers in the front lines and the ministerial changes reflected interest, development, and generosity of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, pointing out that this blessed country is proud of a government that seeks its needs.

Al-Solamy added, "The citizens have been very pleased with the package of comprehensive royal decrees that came in line with their aspirations. There is no doubt that the generosity and the speed of reform, construction, and development of the Kingdom and its people do not occur in any society in the world. The feelings of joy and gratitude flooded the whole of the great country because of these decrees, which affected the different segments of society. The decrees proved the King's concern - may God save him - to provide more comfort and well-being of the people of the homeland. Moreover, they are a quantum leap in the era of Kingdom. No doubt it is crucial" Finally, the Rector asked God the Almighty to protect the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and to preserve the security and stability of the Kingdom and its people.
